Activision Blizzard recently saw widespread criticism over reports of sexual harassment within the company. Earlier this month, Tyler Perez, a Senior QA employee, also shared stories of harassment at the hands of senior leadership at the Lakeline office.

Making matters worse, Tyler Perez revealed that he was sexually harassed multiple times during his time at Activision. In a new post on LinkedIn, the developer has NOW named the two senior Activision employees involved in the situation.

Following his post from a few weeks ago, Tyler Perez went public and disclosed the identities of the employees who harassed him at Activision Blizzard. He stated that Donny Laws and Fin Burbey were involved in the situation at the Lakeline office.

In a follow-up post, Tyler Perez also noted that his workplace experience was anything but enjoyable due to the situation. He pointed out that both Donny Laws and Fin Burbey were credited for their contributions to Black Ops 7, with all three sharing developers’ names showing up in the Black Ops 7 credits.

For context, both Donny Laws and Fin Burbey currently serve as Project Leads at Activision Blizzard. Moreover, they have been part of the company’s QA Testing department for several years.

Tyler Perez’s previous post suggested that no major action had been taken against the two, and it seems the same is the case today.

Unfortunately, this is far from the first time such a report has shown up about Activision Blizzard. The company previously agreed to a $54 million settlement over workplace discrimination and harassment, but it seems many employees remain deeply affected by their experiences at the studio.
