Its time to unlock all safes in Blue Prince. There are a number of these safes you can find all over the estate. Some locations are part of the story while others might be off the beaten path.

But wherever the safe is, there is a code or sometimes a puzzle that unlocks it. I will make this guide home for all safes regardless of how you end up unlocking it.

Boudoir Safe Codes

Lets kick things off with the Boudoir safe. You can find this safe in Boudoir room in the corner behind the covering and the mannequin. The code for the Boudoir safe is 1-2-2-5.

Office Safe

The next safe is the Office Safe and to unlock this safe use the code 0-3-0-3. The code input needs to be in the dial inside the desk drawer. Turning the dial makes the container pop out.

Study Safe

The Study Safe code is 0-8-1-2. If you want to find it yourself, there are clues on the Chess Board on the desk at the other end of the room.

Drafting Studio Safe

The correct code for the safe in the Drafting Studio is 1-1-0-8.

How to Open the Shelter Time Lock Safe

To unlock the Shelter Time Lock Safe in Blue Prince, you’ll need to interact with the terminal and enter the correct date and time for your current run. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Day 1, the start of the campaign, is November 7.
  • Open your inventory or map and check the right side of the screen to see what day it is in your playthrough.
  • Count the days starting from November 7 to determine the current in-game date.
    • For instance, Day 22 would fall on November 28.

The time for each run starts precisely at 8:00 a.m. The game operates on a time system where real-world five-minute intervals translate to one in-game hour.

The safe’s time should be set to 10:00 a.m. You can verify the current in-game time by visiting the Grounds to see the large clock facing the manor.

The time delay should be around ten minutes. Kind of! The Time Lock Safe will open whenever you set a time that exceeds the present in-game hour by at least one hour.

The 10:00 a.m. time is the best option here.

Hidden Drawing Room Safe Code

There is a safe hidden in the Drawing Room. The code to open the safe is 0-4-1-5. However, since the safe is hidden, you first need to find it.

Code to Underground Red Door Giant Gear

In the underground area if you stumble upon the locked red door, you must power it up to open it. Once that is done. Go inside to find the gear puzzle. Use code M-A-Y-8 to solve the gear puzzle.
