In Code Vein II you find 6 Hot Springs and visiting them all will unlock the Master Bather Trophy and Achievement. Hot Springs also unlock new crafting recipes for your characters in Code Vein 2.
Some character requests (like Craig’s or Holly’s) involve visiting certain hot springs, though these don’t always count toward collectible achievements, you must enter them yourself.
At each visit to the Hot Spring you get two Vaccine recipes so there is more to finding Hot Springs then just the trophy/achievement.
#1: MagMell Hot Spring
Rewards: Stall Vaccine Recipe, Stone Vaccine Recipe.
It is inside the MagMell Island’s main base. Enter the left hallway from the base interior and keep following the path to reach the Hot Spring.
#2: Island Overlook Hot Spring
Rewards: Sunblight Vaccine Recipe, Stun Vaccine Recipe.
Located in the Sunken City, directly south of the West Coast Pier Mistle point.
#3: City Overlook Hot Spring
Rewards: Eclipse Vaccine Recipe, Snare Vaccine Recipe.
Also in Sunken City, south of the Plateau Overlooking City Mistle. Reaching this one requires going through the Cliffside Ruins dungeon.
#4: Valley Overlook Hot Spring
Rewards: Dissonance Vaccine Recipe, Acid Vaccine Recipe.
The Sunken City has another Hot Spring directly South of the West Coast Pier Mistle point.
#5: Cave Hot Spring
Rewards: Inhibit Vaccine Recipe, Fatal Leak Vaccine Recipe.
Located in the Undead Forest, Gorge Cave. From the Cave Hot Springs Mistle, head straight and descend into the cave to find it.
#6: Sanatorium Baths Hot Spring
Rewards: Slow Vaccine Recipe, Toxic Venom Vaccine Recipe.
Sanatorium Baths has three Hot springs you can enter any one of them to the recipes and unlock the Master Bather trophy.
