In all the regions of The Outer Worlds 2, you have a certain side quest for each region. After the first scene, you are introduced to the paradise island, where you start a side quest, In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda. This quest completion needs you to collect 10 copies of Science Adventure Quarterly.
This is an early game collectable item, and if you try to find it on your own in each, this might take quite a while for you. So here are all the science adventure quarterly magazine locations.

- Quest Giver: Quesnel or start picking them.
Its not necessary to collect them in the same order a i have mentioned, you can collect them in any order. But dont forget to talk to Quesnel after collecting five and then after 10 to collect rewards.
How to start the quest In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda
To start the quest, you can start collecting the Science Adventures Quarterly, and this will automatically start the quest. I prefer this one. The second method is to talk to the Redactor Quesnel, who is part of the Protectorate. You can find her in the west Farfield. Just talk to her to start the quest In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda.
Where to find all 10 Science Adventures Quarterly Volumes in Outer Worlds 2
Location Of Volume #1
The first volume of the Science Adventure Quarterly is located inside an abandoned house, west of the residential area of Westport.
Location Of Volume #2
The second Science Adventures Quarterly is located near the coastal area of Paradise Island, as indicated in the image for reference. You can also set the waypoint there on the map. There is a beach house there; head to the outer balcony of the house. The Science Adventure magazine Volume 2 is lying on the table beside the chairs.
Location Of Volume #3
The third volume is for the north coastal area from Quensel. Head there, and the third volume is outside the entrance of a broken house under the broken window.
Location Of Volume #4
Fast travel to the Vox Relay point, then head down from the track toward the house by the river. You’ll find the fourth volume on a table in the open area nearby.
Location Of Volume #5
This 5th volume of Science Adventure Quarterly is near the fast travel point of the Ministry of Accuracy. Head to the small cabin house, enter the house to get the fifth volume from the study table in the room in front of you.
After collecting the fifth Science Adventures Quarterly Magazine, head back to Quesnel to get a collectible item Pitchball card, and then start collecting the volumes again.
Location Of Volume #6
Head to the pointed location, as there is no fast travel nearby, you need to talk there. Enter the house from the main entrance, and the fifth Science Adventure Quarterly in Outer Worlds 2 is in front of the Janitor Mech, who is doing something in that room.
Location Of Volume #7
The 7th Science Adventure Quarterly is near the drop pod landing zone fast travel point. Volume 7 is inside the small room as circled on the map.
Location Of Volume #8
Fast travel to the Crabbing Tower and head to the first floor of the building. The wooden stairs are on the left side of the main entrance. The 8th volume of Science Adventures Quarterly is on the first floor, in a room on a table.
Location Of Volume #9
Volume 9 is near the rift anomaly inside an abandoned house. The main entrance is broken, so enter from the right side of the building. From there, go upstairs, and the volume will be lying on the bed.
Location Of Volume #10
The last volume of Science Adventure Quarterly in Outer Worlds 2 is located near the Drop pod landing zone fast travel way point. Where the last volume is in the open area, lying on a small table near a lamp.

Once you have collected all 10 Science Adventure Quarterly in The Outer Worlds 2, head back to Quensel and talk to her. You will get the following rewards:
