Shrine Blessing in Blue Prince are used to get special effects but the duration differs depending on how much Gold you spend to activate a blessing.
For example, you can spend 1x Gold to use Dancer Blessing for 1 day or spend 65 Gold to have its effectives for 7 Days. Each Blessing can be only be activated for a maximum of 7 days.

How to Get Shrine Blessings in Blue Prince
Shrine Blessings are unlocked by default in the game but you need to spend enough Gold to use them. Go to the Shrine Room and interact with the stone statues to donate the gold.
As soon as you donate enough Gold, you will get the effects of your chosen Blessing in Blue Prince.
