Fix #1: Create a New Save
The first method is to start a new game and progress until you reach the first RDA site that you can destroy in the main campaign. Just rush through the intro, and you will be there in like 30 to 35 minutes. After beating that, backtrack to Resistance HQ and save your game. Now, try to play the game on your main save file, and the game won’t get stuck during loading.
Fix #2: Change Between First and Third Person
If the first method didn’t work for you, go back to the new save you created (not your main one) and leave Resistance HQ. Now, press the key to change between first and third person (by default J). After doing it around 6 to 7 times, return to the Main Menu and load up your main save. Loading won’t get stuck, and the issue will be resolved.
