Dawnshore is the first area where you will probably start looking for Totems. Dawnshore Totem are one of the four totems you can find in Avowed, each offering special bonuses to the player.
There are 6 totems you can find in the Dawnshore region and one Totem Core. But before you can go on the hunt for these totems you should buy Fragment of the Scales from Sanza in Dawnshore.
Sanza is in North Paradis and sells it to you for 500 Skeyts.
Totem Core Location in Dawnshore
Clue: Beneath an Amethyst light on high, this shining plaque draws sailors’ eyes.
The Totem Core of the Dawnshore region is inside the Shrine of Woedica Northwest of Paradis hightown, east of the Rise.

Golden Plaque of Promises
Clue: Beneath an Amethyst light on high, this shining plaque draws sailors’ eyes.
Golden Plaque of Promises totem is atop a Lighthouse on the southwestern section of Dawnshore which is west of Claviger’s Landing.

Golden Plaque of Oaths
Clue: Fragments of the Scales: Below death’s grip so icy and cold await ancient oaths cast in gold.
You can earn the Golden Plaque of Oaths during Sanza’s quest “Mapping the Living Lands.” After finding the cartographer’s body in Usher’s Hand, pay Attention to the slatted gate next to it — Which is breakable with an ice spell. Drop down to gather the shard resting on a boulder.

Golden Scale of Order
Clue: Overlooking booths where goods are sold, this balcony leads to order’s hold.
In Paradis’s Market District, there’s a balcony overlooking the Market area to the north. As shown below, you need to climb up and hop onto a balcony to kill several phantoms before you can grab this item.

Golden Flames
Clue: Atop the isle of wicked outlaws flicker golden flames of a glorious cause.
Head east on Castol’d Folly Island. There, you will see a red building with a dome roof, from that, take a left and go past the brazier. The other flames are jump across, the golden flames.

Broken Crown Jewel
Clue: This golden crown’s stolen gem can be found in the emporium.
The Broken Crown Jewel is found on Emporium where Sanza is after you find the Cartographer’s Map near the Plaque of Oaths. The jewel is inside the back room sitting on the table.

Clue: Overlooking booths where goods are sold, this balcony leads to order’s hold.
In In Paradis’s Market District there is a balcony on the north side that overlooks the market. See the video see where you need to climb and leap to get inside. There are enemies you’ll need to deal with before you can reach the totem.
