Awakened Adra is one of the four types of Adra you can get in Avowed. It is tied to the game’s Emerald Stair region where most of it is found. But limited quantities of it found in Dawnshore, Shatterscrap, and Galawain’s Tusk.
Awakened Adra is a Fine Upgrade Material used to upgrade your Gear and Weapons at Party Camp. Below is the full chart for upgrades and what type of Adra is needed:

Awakened Adra #1
Around Dump Burrow you can loot an Awakened Adra from Iscern’s corpse. The location is just off the lake.
Awakened Adra #2
Go to the Ranger Headquarters marked in the image below. Head to the top of the tower there and loot the Golden Chest.
Awakened Adra #3
Go to the location shown in the image below to find a Strangled Adra. Interact with it to get an Awakened Adra for your troubles.
Awakened Adra #4
You can an Awakened Adra as part of the loot pool after beating Captain Weyth inside the Waterfall Cave in Emerald Stairs.
Awakened Adra #5
Go to the northern edge of Naku Tedek Grounds and loot an Awakened Emerald from a backpack that is inside a small dome.
Awakened Adra #6
There is an Awakened Adra in a small room inside Pargrun Cache in Emerald Stairs. The room is locked but can be unlocked from the center room through the window on the right. Target the lock from the window to open the small room and get the Adra.
Awakened Adra #7
You can get an Awakened Adra after beating Ulrask inside a cave, west of Infested Camp in Emerald Stair.
Awakened Adra #8
There is another Awakened Adra for you after beating Cylia in Naku Tedek Grounds.
Awakened Adra #9
There is a chest inside a locked room where you fought Cylia in Naku Tedek. Three shields are etched at the top of the room’s entrance. To open the door, you need to shock 3 Essence Generators.
Awakened Adra #10
You can buy one from Marynna in the Infested Camp in Grim Wetlands.
