Giving the Heart to Keipo
If you give the heart to Keipo then you get “Umpara’s Spear,” which is one of the most powerful spears in the game. However, Kiepo want to end his life using the Leviathan Heart.
You can hand over the Leviathan Heart to Keipo and he will make a poison out of it. So this is surely not the moral choice whatever the reason for his decision may be.
Best Choice: Giving the Heart to Chiko
The best choice for Heart of Valor side quest is giving the heart to Chiko, the nephew of Keipo. This choice will lead to Keipo living but instead of just one spear, you can get an entire Unique Armor set and a Unique Ring.
