The Intimidating Feline Codpiece treasure is inside a small cave to the far east of Dawnshore under Watcher’s Mirror. Reaching this location is pretty simple and only requires some general navigation.
From Claviger’s Landing, travel north around Paradis to a bandit camp. Walk east of the camp toward the ravine with the giant skeleton jammed into the cliff.
Go north and up the ledge and Head up the rocky trail until you reach a wooden barricade at the entrance to a cave.
Destroy the barricade with your weapon.
