As you progress in Schedule 1 and start hiring more employees, you also end up getting more customers. This becomes a problem eventually because you not only have to manage your employees but also have to deal with customers.

A massive empire doesn’t work that way; you need delegation. So once you hire a dealer you should start sending them out to deal with customers. But not all dealers can handle the type of customers we get in Schedule 1.

You must assign the right customers with the right dealers to get the best results in Schedule 1.

Tip: Match customers with dealers who are nearby. Distance plays a key role here so make sure the customers isn’t too far away.

Assign these customers to my recommended dealers, and you will get the best results like more revenue, more sales, and customers retention.

These top-tier customers have budgets between $1,620 and $1,700. Selling to them directly boosts revenue and reputation:

  • George Greene, Alison Knight, Carl Bundy, Chris Sullivan, Dean Webster, Dennis Kennedy, Geraldine Poon, Hank Stevenson, Harold Colt, Jack Knight, Jackie Stevenson, Jeremy Wilkinson, Jessi Waters, Karen Kennedy

I highly recommend that you handle these clients yourself rather than your dealer.

In Schedule 1, every dealer gets a limit of eight customers and keeps a 20% slice of the profits. To make the most money, put your lower and average spenders with the dealers and handle the big spenders yourself. Giving each dealer customers who are nearby also speeds up the deals and gets cash into your pocket faster.

How to Fix Dealers Not Dealing

Dealers sometimes freeze up because they totally run out or only have the wrong stuff on hand. To fix this, restock with baggies instead of jars; bags let you control the supply and send out exactly what’s needed, stopping supply problems before they start. Also, make sure they have assigned customers, and you’re not selling to those yourself.

If a dealer gets stuck in place, the fix is super-simple: clear out their products and customers, save the game, restart the whole game and they will get unstuck.

You can also just kill a buggy dealer or remove them, no worries, they’ll pop up again fresh the next day.

Another trick is to pull them off dealer duty, sit tight for twenty-four in-game hours, then slot them back on. This works great when NPC schedules go haywire.
