Plum Branch is not the only Sacred Treasure in Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma, we also have something called Sacred Drum which is another type of Sacred Treasure used for a type of dance players can do in the game.

4 Ways to Use Sacred Drum in Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma
The game gives us four ways to use the Sacred Drum.
Revive Withered Trees and Crops
If you find a withered tree or crop you can use the Sacred Drum to perform the Drum Dance to bring back to life. Simply equip the Sacred Drum in the sacred treasures slot and approach the withered trees and crops. Press the prompted button to start the Drum Dance until the tree or crop is revived.
You can leave the trees be, or you can chop them down for lumber, saplings, and materials, even crops keep growing after being revived. You can harvest the crop when ready.
Faster Crop and Tree Growth
Approach saplings, seeds, and crops and use the Sacred Drum to perform the Drum Dance. This will speed up their growth and cut down harvest time by 1 day. Some crops that are close to harvesting phase will become available to harvest immediately after the dance.
The Drum Dance has its limits though. You can use on each growing crop and tree once a day.
Healing in Combat
The Sacred Drum heals you and your companions in combat. The effects of healing are increased if you use Kagura Dance: Flower Blessings and Kamiwaza Boost skills for the Sacred Drum.
Offensive Skills
In addition to healing, you can use offensive abilities to use the Sacred Drum as a weapon. Once you unlock offensive skills in the Drum Dance Skill tree you can get skills like Shockwave and Divine Dance: Flower Storm.
