CDPR is one of the busiest studios in the industry at the moment, simultaneously working on multiple projects at the same time. Among these, The Witcher 4 is the furthest along, taking up the bulk of the studio’s attention and focus.
However, the team is also focusing on its other projects at the same time. In fact, the studio has begun hiring more staff to focus on all its projects.

Pawel Sasko, the current Associate Game Director of Cyberpunk 2, has recently shared a link to CD Projekt RED’s hiring page. As the developer shares in his latest tweet, the team has put up new openings for all projects, including The Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2.
At the time of writing, the studio has close to 100 job openings, with Engineering, Animation, and Design & Story taking up most of the open spots. As Pawel Sasko notes, CDPR is also hiring for both Project Sirius and Hadar, with the latter being a completely new IP and the former a multiplayer title.
According to the listings, certain roles entail work on multiple projects, highlighting the fact that the team is now moving full speed ahead to fulfill its ambitions. Moreover, information spotted in the recently listed openings suggests the team intends to bring the Cyberpunk universe to mobile platforms.
In total, CDPR already employs close to 1,000 developers, making it one of the biggest AAA teams in the business. With its latest hiring spree, the team is expanding further as it continues to work toward its many future RPGs.
