Code Vein 2 is out and despite it performance issues the game is making waves on consoles and PC mainly due to the popularity of the soulslike genre. Code Vein 2 follows a pretty similar pattern to the first game in terms of gameplay and narrative choices the player can make.
One of the choices, at important one at that, is saving Noah in Code Vein 2. This a choice that hits in the head after getting the Patho’s Weaving Forma from the Forma Storage Tower. You will meet Lou who asks you to choose to save Noah or not.
This is a critical decsion for two reasions, it decides what parters you get to have going foward and it is a step toward getting the secret ending.
Should You Save Noah in Code Vein 2?
Saving Noah means going back to the past and this is part of you journey toward the secret ending. The thid ending of the game requires you to complete 4 missions and each one has a tough decision.

Letting Noah Die
After getting the Froma Tower Key return back to the storage tower while leaving Noah behind. At this time Noah will due defending the island alone. You can choose not to save him and if that’s your choice, you will choose Frantz bloodline and some additional rewards. Also, you won’t be able to use Noah as a partner in the future. From there on, the game’s story will continue without Noah.
Saving Noah

The best choice is to go back to save Noah. Although it isn’t required to complete the game, if you are aiming for an alternate ending you can save him. When you travel to the past you will immediately get Battle Axe: Idris’s Conceit, Offensive Forma, and a new Blood Code called Guardian’s Heart.
You will spawn at the storage tower in the past, head down stairs to fight Dejected Assailant boss. The boss has tow phases and is tougher then the average boss. When you take the boss down you will end up saving Noah.
You will also form a summoing pact with Noah and another Blood Code called Frantz. Saving Noah is the best decision in Code Vein 2.
