Desolate Coins in Titan Quest 2 are spread across both maps of the game. In total, you can find three of these in the game and of course, all of them are Quest Items that go directly into your inventory taking up space. But what to do with them? Where to find them?
The game not telling you much about some quest items is not uncommon in Titan Quest 2. In that regard, Desolate Shore Coins are similar to the Strange Jar.
Note that the Coins are part of the Three Coins of the Fountain secret quest. You can find these coins before or after starting the secret quest. If you haven’t already, the quest is started after you interact with the Statue of Herakles at the Desolate Shore region.
Where to Find All Quest Coins in Titan Quest 2
The following are the three Desolate Shore Coins you can find in Titan Quest 2;
- Large Bull Faced Man Coin
- Large Bull Coin
- Large Serpent Coin
All three coins are found within the same region of on the map.
Large Bull Faced Man Coin Location
For the first coin we are going close to the shoreline along the main path from the first waypoint. There is a large rock at this location, wrap around it and take down the enemies. One of the enemies will drop the Large Bull Faced Man Coin for you.
Large Bull Coin Location
From where you found the Large Bull Faced Man Coin, go west where you’ll find another large rock with multiple paths around it. Refer to the image above for the exact location. There are enemies in the area and one of them drops the Large Bull Coin in Titan Quest 2.
Large Serpent Coin Location
The large rock with the three paths you see in the image above has the Large Serpent Coin. Again, you need to kill more enemies in the area, and they’ll drop the coin for you.
How to Use Quest Coins in Titan Quest 2
Wondering what to do with quest coins in Titan Quest 2? Well, to use them you must place them in front of the Statue of Herakles. The statue is at Desolate Shore, not too far from where you find the coins.
The Statue of Herakles is pretty close to where you find the Large Serpent Coin. Here’s the exact location on the map:
