Goodbye Letter Safe Code Solution
The safe itself is inside a house in Old Town. See the location marked in the image below. Climb on this building and enter through the window.
On the upper floor of the house you will find a dead man next to a table. The Goodbye letter is on the table.
The Goodbye letter explains what happened, and it also has the code you need. Thankfully, no deciphering is needed.
The letter mentions a number; 112432. This is exactly the code to the safe. The Goodbye letter safe is on the lower floor in the kitchen. Jump down in the floor opening next to the body, it’ll lead you directly to the safe.
