How to enable & Use Cheat code in Europa Universalis V
First, you need to enable the Debug mode in Europa Universalis 5 to enter console commands in it. To do so, open Steam and right-click on the game. From there, select properties and in the general menu just under the launch option, enter the following command as it is in that dialogue box.
