Upgrade Disk Locations in the Underground
You can find Upgrade Disks in the Underground after you drain the Fountain or access the Underground through the Tomb. Look for the altar with some candelabras around it. There is a disk sitting on the sigil. Make sure to light up the candles on your way out.
How to Change Room Upgrades in Blue Prince
The Blue Prince only had permanent room upgrades but Discord user Lokyndra discovered a workaround which enables changes but only if certain conditions are met.
Here’s how the changing process works:
- First, draft a Trading Post room.
- The Master Key together with the Emerald Bracelet are essential high-value items you need for this to work. The Showroom has these items but you can sometimes find them in the Lost and Found.
- The Trading Post will give you an Upgrade Disk as part of its random return for trading valuable items. If you trade both of these items at the Trading Post there is a chance of getting the Disk.
- The linked Upgrade Disk has the ability to let you re-roll the perks of a room that you have already upgraded but only if the game randomly selects a room you already upgraded.
With this method you can change room upgrades in Blue Prince.
