There are an abundance of weapons in Grounded 2. Some are more powerful than the others and some can be made more powerful using upgrades. But if you’re goal is to get the unique weapons, then you have to go on the grind a little.
I found 18 unique weapons and trinkets in Grounded 2, spread across the entire map. In total, Grounded 2 offers 6 unique weapons and in this guide, I will take you through everything you need to know on how to find them all.
All Unique Weapons Locations in Grounded 2
Combat in Grounded has new changes compared to the original game. Every melee weapon in Grounded 2 has a 3-hit combo attack system.
- The first two hits deal equal damage (100% each),
- The final hit deals slightly more (125%).
The system applies to Dual Daggers as well.
One of the biggest changes is that spears no longer allow infinite combo chaining. Just like every other weapon class, spears now include a brief pause between combo sequences to prevent spamming.
Every weapon type also features a charge attack, activated by holding the attack input. These charged strikes:
- Deal more damage,
- Consume more stamina.
Bows also work differently in Grounded 2. Each Arrow type comes with its own base damage value. Each bow applies a unique damage multiplier rather than every bow and arrow combination using a set value.
Pinch Wacker Location

The Pinch Wacker is a returning unique weapon from the first game. In Grounded 2, it is found inside an O.R.C cave, north of the fire pit.

Use an explosive to destroy the wall at the end of the cave. Inside you will find the Pinch Wacker.
Heatwave Location

The Heatwave unique weapon is found at the center bottom of the fire pit itself. Getting it requires Sizzle Projection to protect you from the heat and a Tier 2 Omni Hammer to destroy the charcoal that protecting the Heatwave unique weapon.

Ice Sickles Location
You get the Ice Sickles by defending The Frozen Ice Sickles In The Ice Cream Cart.

Ice Sickles is at the very bottom of the Ice Cream Truck cave. Enter through the ice cream cone and turn left. Above you should be a giant pimp that leads to the other side of the room.

When you enter the room through the pipe, turn right and jump over the metal wing of what looks like a blender blade on your left. There is a hole there that takes you further down the cave. As soon as you jump down, take the left path and keep going until you reach the Ice Sickles.

Gloom Skewer Location
The Gloom Skewer is inside the Toxic Anthill cave in the Snackbar Front area. Bring a Tier 2 Omni Tool for this one.

- Start from the South Entrance of the Toxic Anthill (preferred route).
- Head straight into the tunnel. At the first fork, take a left.
- Keep following the path until you see two canisters and a dead Bombardier Beetle.
- Take a hard right and continue deeper into the cave.
- You’ll enter roach territory. Roaches won’t be hostile unless attacked, so stay on your Buggy to avoid conflict.
- Watch out for toxic pools. These can burn you if you step in them.
- Keep heading toward the back of the cave until you see a large glowing knob of Raw Science.
- Take a left and climb uphill. Get ready, this is where the fight begins.

Gloom Skewer unique weapon is guarded by the Roach Queen. Once you beat the Roach Queen, use the Tier 2 Omni Tool to crack open the mushrooms in the queen’s arena.
Bushwacker Location

Climb the branches along the left side of Pine Hill to reach the top of the Hedge. From there, make your way across to a hidden inner section. You’ll find the item resting on a leaf-top chest. An Orb Weaver Buggy is required to access this area. However, you can’t get an Orb Weaver buggy until you complete the main story.
Crimson Avenger Location

Found In the Memorial Crate within the Spider Den Anthill stuck in a Chewed Gum. Requires a tier-2 Omni-Shovel to free it. Also bring your Ant Buggy to break through walls. There are a bunch of enemies inside that’ll have to deal with.
Jump down the ant hill and keep following the path, stick to your right until you reach this area:

Use the Omni Shovel to remove the gum from the wall. A Memorial Crate will drop. Open it to get the Crimson Avenger.
