Milk Molars in Grounded 2 are like candies that give special boosts and buffs. They let you pick a state to improve which is usually focused on survival like increase your max health and stamina in Grounded 2. Around the map you will see a ton of Milk Molars, but there are very few Mega Milk Molars among them.
Mega Milk Molars work best when you’re playing in a team which means it is best to save them in case you’re playing with a team. However, you can use them even if you’re playing solo.
All Mega Milk Molar Locations Map
Mega Milk Molar Location #1
The first Mega Milk Molar is found at the Picnic Table. It is sitting right on top of the picnic table, close to the standard Mega Molar you’ll find inside the cooler. Go past the cooler and reach the top of the picnic table. Head under the table cloth and you’ll find the Mega Milk Molar on the Milk Container.

The next Mega Molar is found west of the Ranger Outpost: Trash Bags. It is inside a cave but unfortunately blocked by cracked rocks so we need to find a way to get inside the cave. The cave itself is near the Snackbar Front and the Picnic Table. Look for a Dead Spider that’s cocooned outside which makes it easier to find this cave.
Now, we need to break open the rocks to get inside the cave. How do we do that? We’ll need to use explosives. I recommend using the Bratburst bomb which is easy to craft using 1x Red Ant Egg, 2x Spicy Shard, 4x Mite Fang. and 3x Dry Grass Chunks.

The third Mega Molar is found under the KLBB II News Camera POI in the northeast corner of Entrance. Below the camera there is a ditch where the Mega Milk Molar is hiding. To reach it you need to either use a launch pad or place a ladder. The ditch has a tiny cave where the molar is hiding in the right corner.

South of the Ranger Outpost: Flower Bed you will find a pipe ladder. Go down the ladder to enter the Ominent facility.
Once you’ve arrived at the location, head down the stairs and open the shortcut door. This will lead you back to the pipe system you originally used to access the Statue Gardens.
From the SCAB.2K terminal, turn around and look for a hole in the wall. Tucked away inside is a hidden cave. Explore a bit further and you’ll uncover a Mega Milk Molar buried in the dirt, along with a stash of sturdy quartzite, perfect for upgrades and crafting.
