Update: We have an updated Price and Profit Margin Calculator for you. If you want to experiment with recipes and find out effects, addiction rate, and costs. Use this calculator.
You can do your best to create amazing new mixing recipes in Schedule 1 but you can’t really hit the nail on the head every time without know how the game’s price calculation system works.
Each mix you create in Schedule 1 gets a price tag attached to it. You can then sell it off for that price or keep mixing it until you get something more expensive.
This process can consume and waste resources but if you know how the prices are determined, you can get the best and most expensive “products” every time.
Schedule 1 Product Price Calculation System Explained
When we talk about price of a product in Schedule 1, know that the prices are tied to the effects a product has. Not only what type of effects but how many it has impacts the overall market price.
Each of these different effects has a value attached to it. The equation to calculate the price of any product is:
Base price of the product × (1 + sum of the value of the effects).
The base price of the product in Schedule 1 is not what you see in the game. For example, all of the herbs in-game have the exact same base price of $35.
Moreover, there are positive and negative effects attached to each product. There are 26 positive and 8 negative effects in Schedule 1. But only the positive effects have a price value which means negative effects of a product have no impact on the price.
Here is the effects and the values attached to them:

The most valuable effects are Shrinking, Zombifying, and Cyclopian, with base values of 0.6, 0.58, and 0.56, respectively.
If an herb has all three of these effects, their values would sum to 1.74. Adding 1 gives us 2.74, which, when multiplied by the base price of 35, gives a final price of 95.9 for the herb.
With this calculation system, let’s create the most profitable mix at the time of this writing:
Highest Profit Known Mix:
- OG Kush + Paracetamol + Cuke + Paracetamol + Gasoline + Cuke + Mega Bean + Battery
- Sale price: $164
- Total cost: $34
- Profit: $130
Note: The profit is calculated by taking the sale price minus the total cost of ingredients used in the mix.
