Fever is not only a problem for Thomas but also for Henry. The main character in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 often falls ill; Henry gets a fever and also sometimes food poisoning.
Fever is cured by something called the Fever Tonic and it treats this illness right away. All you need are four different ingredients to get started.

The recipe is learned during the main quest “For Whom the Bell Tolls” in Trosky Castle.
In the quest you need to find the physician’s journal in the surgeon’s workshop (shelves in the alchemy room) to learn the formula.
However, if you have the ingredients the recipe is listed above. You don’t need to specifically unlock it through the mission.
If you have the ingredients and know the recipe, you can brew the formula and the recipe will; automatically unlock.
Alternately, you can buy Fever Tonic from apothecaries like Emmerich in Troskowitz if you lack ingredients. Or sometimes find the pre-made fever tonic in bandit camps and on enemy bodies.
How to Use Fever Tonic
Apply it when the skull icon appears near your health bar, signaling fever. Severe fever blocks natural recovery, making the tonic essential to avoid death.
