When you’re in the Paradise Island there is a huge facility called Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center. Coming across it means you will most likely try to it but you won’t be able to for the time being. There is a whole process to this because the area is restricted in The Outer Worlds 2.
You will need a certain clearance level to enter the Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center in The Outer Worlds 2.
Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center Access Pass Location
You need to go to the Ministry of Accuracy on the west side of the island where you will encounter a lot of Raptidons in the facility. You need to go to the second floor of the facility and interact with the terminal there. You come to this facility naturally during “A Refreshing Bit of News” quest.
Inside the facility speak with Inez.
The unlocked door next to Inez will take you to the second floor. Use the metal ladder to your right when you enter through the door and it will lead to the terminal I mentioned earlier. Use the terminal to “Print Euphoria ARC Pass.”
Now take the access pass to Euphoria Coast Automech Repair Center and show it to the guard standing outside.
Now you have complete access to the Automech Repair Center where you can start Marshal Donelson’s quest to fix or destroy the facility.
