How to Evolve Pancham Into Pangoro
First, you need to actually acquire a Pancham before you can begin the steps toward its evolution, and the good news is that they can be found quite easily in Wild Zone 3. However, the Pokemon you capture here will be quite low level, roughly around level 10.
Now you must focus on leveling Pancham up to level 32. Once this is done, add another Dark-type Pokemon to your party. This is important since Pancham can only evolve when both conditions are met, so having a Dark-type Pokemon alongside a level 32 Pancham is mandatory to acquire a Pangoro.
