EMP- electromagnetic pulse is a weapon of rarity type in Borderlands 4 that you can unlock after collecting all its parts. You will collect all three of its parts during the side mission The Mole’s Gambit. A total of three parts are available in the game that will unlock the EMP. EMP is effective against multiple enemies shooting an impulsive wave.

All EMP Part Locations In Borderlands 4
The Mole’s Gambit is a side mission in border lands 4 that is given to you by Levaine after completing the mission A traitor within. Talk to Levaine in Carcadia Burn near the vending machine and the side mission will start. To complete the side mission there are certain objectives that you will finish to completely end the side mission The Mole’s Gambit.
The objective of The Mole Gambit’s side mission are
- Destroy Willem’s devices (x5)
- Find EMP parts (x3)
- Find Order convoy
- Kill convoy guards
- Hack convoy signal
- Breach Order depot
- Assemble EMP
- Let EMP charge
- Get to Willem
- Kill Willem
- Talk to Levaine
Location #1 (First EMP Part)
Head to the north-east direction where there is a ripper site. Be careful this place is swarmed with enemies so don’t just wait around to even think. If you stay at a place for long definitely you are going to get killed.
After entering go up the stairs from your left and there will be a grapple grabber point to your above right. Reach the upper platform as direction in the image below for reference.
The first EMP part is Home Defense Deterrent which will be beside the door under the metal roof.
Location #2 (2nd EMP Part)
Now to get the second EMP part in BL4 take a look at your left, you will see two containers hanging that you will cross and have to reach the platform after them to get the second EMP part.
To get there go straight and use jump and slide to reach the other side.
Location #3
To get the third and last EMP part head down to your left, and you will see the last part on the ground near the crane.
