Dune Awakening is all about Spice and surviving the Sandworms while building your base. As you progress in the game, there will come a point where you need to get yourself a Moisture Sealed Caves to find Fremen Loot.
The location of these caves is marked on the map, but sometimes the marker gets bugged out so it is not the most reliable source of information in Dune Awakening.
Hence, here is a guide on where to find a Moisture Sealed Cave in Dune Awakening’s “Echoes of the Past” mission.
Moisture Sealed Cave Location
To locate the Moisture Sealed Cave, Do not follow the purple cave marker; instead, look for the light brown/orange cave marker on your compass or map. These markers aren’t very visible so zoom in and look for clusters of rocks near the Trials location.
The cave you are looking for has a distinct seal you need to cut through with a knife.
The first Moisture Cave is in the Southeastern section of Hagga Basin South, near the first trial.
- Southwatch Shelter: Southwest of the Trial cave (Minha Cavern), hidden in the cliffside.
- Vents of Eifrit: Just south of the Trial, entrance on the eastern side of the mountain
Moist cave markers are orange on your mini-map so avoid following the purple markers on your compass or map. Upon breaking the seal, you’ll immediately receive 2x Micro-Sandwich Fiber. If the cave has two sealed entrances, you can double this reward.
There are usually enemies inside protecting a chest. Such chests typically hand out Micro-Sandwich Fiber, EMF Generators, Solari, and other resources.
As part of the quest you might have to visit both caves to collect the required number of resources (6x Micro-Sandwich Fiber and 1x EMF Generator).
