Your PC is not to blame for the mouse camera stuttering issue in Helldivers 2. This is a known issue in the game but there an easy fix if you tweak a few settings.
The solution to the stuttering issue isn’t ideal but it is the only workaround that works. What you need to do is enable mouse smoothing in Helldivers 2.
The mouse smoothing option is available in the settings in the Mouse & Keyboard tab.
Under the Mouse & Keyboard submenu, find the Mouse Smoothing option and toggle it ON. This can help reduce stutter, although it may introduce slight input lag.
Ensure that the Mouse Acceleration setting is set to 0 to maintain consistent sensitivity while playing to minimize input lag in Helldivers 2.
Alternate Fix for Mouse Camera Stuttering
While Mouse Acceleration has the highest success rate, there are other things you can try if it doesn’t work or the input lag is too much.
Lowering Mouse polling rate is an alternate fix for Helldivers 2 mouse camera stutter issue. Launch the game via Steam and add the –use-d3d11 launch option under Properties > General > Launch Options.
