There are two ways to get the Catalyst Exotic Mask:
- Spam the Final Mission of Battle for Brooklyn DLC
- Kill Named Enemies in the Open World (Brooklyn Open World Map)
The final mission of Battle for Brooklyn is called Army Terminal and at the end of the mission you fight Marauder UAV. The Catalyst Exotic Mask drops randomly in after beating the Marauder Quadcopter boss but so far the drop has been random for players. Raising the difficulty of the final mission and adding Directives: to make it even harder seems to work best.
The alternate way to get the Catalyst Exotic Mask is to target named enemies on the Brooklyn Map.
Complete Control Points, Bounties, and other open world activities at the max difficulty you can handle to spawn in named enemies. Targeting these enemies is an alternate method of getting the Catalyst Exotic Mask in The Division 2.
Running the Army Terminal mission with a full team can increase the chance of getting Catalyst Mask. It provide opportunities to share loot if the mask drops for a teammate.
