If you’re a fan of marksmen rifles, then you need to give Cyte-09 Warframe a try. The Warframe is part of the new 1999 content drop and it can be crafted in the game.
Cyte-09 comes with an intrinsic Sniper Rifle which is perfect for fans of sniper rifles. To craft it you need the right blueprint and then you need to target bounties to get the right crafting materials.
Note: If you don’t want to spend time grinding for Cyte-09 you can buy it outright from the game’s store for 370 Platinum.
How to Get Cyte-09 Blueprint in Warframe 1999
The main blueprint for Cyte-09 is a reward for completing The Hex, the new story quest in Warframe 1999 expansion. This quest can take about an hour to finish.
After obtaining the main blueprint, you need to collect three component blueprints to craft Cyte-09:
- Chassis Blueprint: Can drop from bounties with enemy levels 55-60.
- Neuroptics Blueprint: Can drop from bounties with enemy levels 65-70.
- Systems Blueprint: Can drop from bounties with enemy levels 75-80.
You can pick up bounties in the Hollvania Central Mall after completing The Hex. Some bounties will have a chance to reward you with Cyte-09’s component blueprints.
Alternately, once you reach rank 2 with The Hex Syndicate, you can buy Cyte-09’s component blueprints for 20,000 Standing each.
For a second main blueprint, you’ll need rank 4 and 40,000 Standing.

Complete the following syndicate missions in Warframe as they give you the best farming opportunities for Cyte-09:
- Energy Overload (Enemy Level 65-70) Survival – Possible Rewards: Cyte-09 Chassis Blueprint
- From On-High (Enemy Level 75-80) Survival – Possible Rewards: Cyte-09 Neuroptics Blueprint
- Energy Overload (Enemy Level 85-90) Exterminate – Possible Rewards: Cyte-09 Systems Blueprint
How to Craft Cyte-09
Each Cyte-09 part takes about 12 hours to craft in your Orbiter’s forge.
After crafting all components (Chassis, Neuroptics, Systems), you’ll need an additional Orokin Cell and 25,000 Credits to create Cyte-09, which takes a total of 72 hours in Warframe 1999.
