Wedding Crasher is one of the main quests in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and in fact it is probably among best ones. The quest will have you meet Lord Von Bergow but first you must start the Wedding Crashers and get into the Semine’s grand wedding.
When it comes to getting into the wedding, I’d say there are two ways to do this in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2). You can either follow the Blacksmith Radovan questline or go with Miller Kreyzl questline for the Wedding Crashers.
I’ve tested both methods but I’d recommend going with the Blacksmith option if you’re looking for an easy way into the wedding in KCD2.
How to Get Invited to the Wedding in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Wedding Crashers
Once you have completed the Laboratores quest, head to Bara and she will give you two options that will start the Wedding Crashers main quest. From here on you can progress via the Blacksmith of Tachovav or Miller of the Lower Semine questline and enter the Wedding in Semine.
While I recommend the Blacksmith method, you can also go with the Miller route. In that case, when you complete the Miller questline you will automatically get access to the wedding. The Blacksmith questline is a bit faster but whatever you choose is up to go.
Find a Wedding Outfit
Note: You can get the wedding dress before or after completing the Blacksmith or Miller questline. If you steal the outfit make sure it has 15 Charisma and. If you choose to buy the outfit for the wedding ask the tailor if it is good enough for a wedding.
Before you can go to the wedding, you need to get a Wedding outfit. You can either buy the dress or steal it from the Tailor.
I’ve marked the location of the tailor’s shop in the image above. Head to the location during daytime and speak with them to purchase the clothes. DO NOT steal because that is an unessary hastle. But if you want to steal, break into the shop at night while the tailor is sleeping or crouch and stealth your way in during daytime. Distract the tailor with a peddle through the window and then head in to take the dress.
Wait for the tailor to look the other way and then sneak inside, steal the items you need for the Wedding Crashers quest and leave asap.
Getting into the Wedding via Blacksmith Radovan
Radovan can be found in the Northwest of Troskowitz as seen on the map above. Speak with the Blacksmith, they will explain the quest so offer to help with forging a hunting sword. This triggers a small side quest titled “The Blacksmith’s Son.”
The crafting materials to craft the hunting sword are found in a chest at the Blacksmith.
How to Craft a Hunting Sword (Blacksmith’s Son Quest)
To forge a sword grab the materials from the Blacksmith’s chest near the furnace. Put the metal in the furnace and move it around then pull the lever to work the bellows. The metal should have a straw color and make sure the entire peice has the same color.
Once that happens take the hot metal to the anvil and hammer it. Henry will hum a song and if he does it means you are getting close to crafting the Hunting Sword. Hammer the metal evenly on both sides.
If the sword cools down heat it again and keep on hammering it. Eventually, Radovan will tell you that the Hunting Sword is done so you need to stop hammering it at that point.
Temper the blade by heating it again and put it in cold water to complete the process.
When the Sword is done speak with the Blacksmith again and he will give you The Jaunt Quest that will take you to Semine to find the Blacksmith’s lost Cargo in KCD2.
Where to Find the Lost Cargo for Blacksmith Radovan
The Jaunt side quest in the Blacksmith questline will take you to Semine, southwest of Troskowitz. In Semine you need to find and defeat Jurko and also meet up with Gnarly and Lord Semine.
Follow the quest objective and marker and meet with Captain Gnarly and Lord Semine to find the missing cargo. All of you will end up at the crossroads by Apollonia in Troskowitz. At this location you will find a bag full of charcoal that looks something like this:
Follow the trail northwest from the bag to find a lost cart. Head back to your party and bring them to show the wooden cart. Now follow Lord Semine to find the bandit camp and take care of the bandit problem.
Take the cargo cart back to Radovan to complete The Jaunt quest but start the Hermit quest, the final quest before you are invited to the wedding.
Where to Find the Damacus Steel for Hermit’s Sword (Hermit’s Quest)
Hermit’s quest is basically a fetch quest where you must find materials to forge a sword as a wedding present. There are optional objectives where you can investigate the matter and find your way to the sword materials. However, if you want to directly reach the Hermit, here is the location:
Hermit’s camp is in the northern side of Apollonia. Head over there directly after speaking with the Innkeeper Betty. Head inside during the night when he is asleep. If you have high stealth and robbery skills you can sneak inside the read his diary.
The location of the sword materials will then be marked on your map. Take the items back to the Blacksmith. Help the Blacksmith forge the sword. However, at some point during the quest the sword will be stolen. Once you track down the sword, the Blacksmith will take you to the wedding.
