To craft the Summer Stone in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you will need three Legendary Treasure Chests. These can be obtained from fishing under specific conditions, like the perfect spot, weather, and tool upgrade.

As I mentioned above, you need to fish in a specific spot. Head over to the mountains, and you will notice a tiny, isolated island in the top-left corner.
Now that we are in the best place to fish for Legendary Treasure Chests. But who said it would be that easy? Baits don’t affect its spawn chances. There are some other requirements to that I have stated below:
- The weather needs to be cloudy (disputed if rainy works).
- You need the Orichalum Fishing Rod, as it’s really difficult to catch Legendary Treasure Chests with just a Golden Rod+.
Even with the Orichalum Fishing Rod, you basically can’t catch the Legendary Treasure Chests, as when you try to reel it, you will be shown 20 fish icons, and you need to perfectly do all of these.
If you make even one mistake, then it’s time to say farewell to the Legendary Treasure Chest; unless the Fishing Rod Technique triggers, which will make it easier to catch it. This technique can be bought as an upgrade from Felix’s Fixings.
To be honest, there won’t be enough time to finish 20 fishing prompts. That’s why I recommend getting some Rod Durability Up buffs from food recipes, as there’s no guarantee the Fishing Technique will trigger. Once you see a shiny diamond symbol while fishing, it’s a sign of a Legendary Treasure Chest.
If you want to save some time, only reel the item when it shows the shiny diamond symbol. It could be a Medal, a Rare Metal Can, or the Legendary Treasure Chest.
Keep fishing until you have 3 Legendary Treasure Chests. I can assure you it won’t be easy and quick, so be patient. These chests can be used to craft the Summer Sun Stone special item.
What To Do With Legendary Chests in SOS Grand Bazaar
Legendary Chests in SOS Grand Bazaar can be sold for 10,000G at Miguel or the Bazaar. They are great if you’re looking to farm some cash but since they are hard to find, it does take a lot of time.
The second use for Legendary Chests is pretty basic, you can gift them to villagers to improve your relationship with NPCs that can eventually lead to marriage.
