Legendary items in Borderlands 4 is of the highest rarity which makes it not very easy to find. These legendary item have higher stats than the common ones. Legendary items not only includes weapons but also grenades, shields, repkits etc. as well.

To get the pistol Noisy Cricket you need to defeat the boss Sidney Pointy legs in the Hungering plain near the Ripple drill site.
The quick way to get there is to use fast travel. The nearest fast travel to Sidney Pointylegs is Shut-eye keep safe house. Pin the location and route it from the safe house to the Boss fight arena.
Once you reach the slaughterhouse purchase the normal encore machine to get the boss.
Before the boss appear clear the area from the Queen’s Plinker, Queen’s splice and Psycho from the area and then Sidney Pointy legs will appear.
Defeat Sidney once and then go back to the machine to spawn him again. SO defeat him twice to get Noisy cricket legendary weapon in Borderlands 4 as loot drop.
You can also farm things by spawning him repeatedly and after defeating him each time you get loot drops. Sidney Pointylegs has the highest drop rate for Noisy Cricket in Borderlands 4.
