How to Get Prince Harming Legendary SMG in BL4
Prince Harming is a Legendary Submachine Gun made by Ripper. It drops as a chance loot from the boss pair Pango & Bango, who are located right below the Tender Cage in the Lopside, Carcadia Burn region.
In case you don’t know, this is the same boss that drops Phantom Flame legendary pistol so if you farmed it, you should keep respawning the boss in case Prince Harming hasn’t dropped as well.
Each boss has Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine outside the boss arena so use it to respawn bosses like Pango and Bango.
Prince Harming has an effect called Pamplemousse. With these effect:
- Hitting enemies deals damage to you (i.e. a recoil/damage‐to‐self cost) AND grants a Stack of Cruelty.
- On kill, each Stack of Cruelty restores Overshield.
- There is a maximum of 30 Stacks of Cruelty.
