Spectral Serration is one of the mods you can get in Warframe 1999, but you have to engage with the Scaldra. You need to go after targeted enemies in Warframe to get Spectral Serration.
The two types of enemies you need to go for are Dedicants and Eradicators. These humanoid enemies are characterized by their orange suits and toxic tanks. They are the primary sources for the Spectral Serration drop.
Each Dedicant or Eradicator has a 2% chance to drop a mod. There is an additional 4.76% chance that the dropped mod will be Spectral Serration, leading to an overall drop probability of approximately 0.08% per enemy killed.
The full Scaldra missions drop rate table explains more.
Given the current drop rate farming the Spectral Serration is pretty challenging.
Best Way to Farm Spectral Serration
Survival Missions are the best way to get your hands on Spectral Serration. These are recommended as they provide endless waves of enemies, increasing your chances of encountering Dedicants and Eradicators.
Also, I recommend using Warframes that can reroll or increase drops, such as:
- Nekros
- Hydroid
- Khora
Warframe’s Spectral Serration mod is best used on stealth-oriented Warframes like:
- Loki
- Ash
- Octavia
- Ivara
