Being strong is a must to face the dangers of Hollow Knight: Silksong. For that, you can try using different strong weapons, one of which is the Longclaw. A powerful weapon that makes your attacks longer and much more effective. To get this weapon you need to complete a simple side quest, but it does take a while to finish.

Basically, you need to collect different organs by killing enemies.

How to Get Longclaw in Silksong

To get the Longclaw, you need to complete the Broodfeast Side Quest, which will require you to gather different types of organs by using specific weapons. Once completed, you will get the Longclaw, as well as the Broodfeast Wish.

Make your way to the Putrefied ducts and talk to Huntress to start the Broodfeast Quest. The quest involves gathering three types of organs using specific weapons. Follow my lead:

  • Seared Organs: You will need to gather 15 of these organs. Kill enemies using the Flintslate to get them.
  • Shredded Organs: You will need to gather 35 of these organs, which you can easily do by defeating enemies using the Conchcutter or the Cogwork Wheel.
  • Skewered Organs: Gather 10 of these organs by killing enemies with the Longpin.

How to Get the Weapons Required to Complete the Broodfeast Side Quest

You may be wondering, How do I get these specific weapons? They can all be found in different areas of Silksong and are really easy to get. Here’s how to get them:

  • Flinslate: Make your way to the eastern side of Depp Docks. Ensure that you have learned the Swift Step skill and have the Simple Key.
  • Longpin: Head over to Shellwood’s eastern side to find a pink wasp’s nest blocking a wall. Destroy it and enter the hidden room to get the Longpin.
  • Cogwork Wheel: You can buy this weapon in the Underworlds area of the Cauldron. Go to the Twelfth Architect and take the east exit from Whiteward. Drop down into the upper area on the east side of the Cauldron to reach the shop where you can buy the Cogwork Wheel.

Return to Huntress and give her the collected organs. She will give you the Broodfeast Wish, along with the Longclaw weapon.

One thing to note is that Lonclaw will not change Hornet’s core move set and only provides you with extra range.
