Repair Cars in The Precinct

Here’s how the repairing system works in The Precinct;

  • After a chase you can find an Auto Repair Shop by looking at the map for the wrench icon.
  • Set a waypoint and head to one of the nearby repair shops.
  • Select the repair shop which is nearest to your position to maintain visibility of the suspect’s vehicle.
  • You can drive through the Auto Repair Shop to get your car fixed in just a few seconds. The facility operates as a car wash but provides the necessary repairs.

The quick and free repair process is your go-to for patrol cars but there are situations where getting a new patrol car makes more sense. You should repair a civilian vehicle that you like because it is worth the effort if that car is fast.

The standard patrol vehicle has limited speed potential compared to certain civilian cars but you cannot obtain these civilian vehicles again since they are not part of your official fleet.

The best approach is to fix the vehicle when it gets damaged during patrol or chase activities because you need to continue using it.
