How to Skip the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Intro Videos
There are two types of intro videos in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. Some of them can be skipped while others are forced down your throat. But with the method I am sharing below you can get rid of both of them and land straight on the main menu.
First thing you need to do is go to steam and right click on Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. Hover your mouse over “Manage” and then click on “Browse Local Files.” This will take you to the installation folder for the game.
You need to find the following path.
- THPS34\Base\Content\Movies
Inside the “Movies Folder” delete the following files:
- ATVI_Logo.bk2
- Demonware_Logo.bk2
- IG_Logo.bk2
- Playfab_Logo.bk2
- Skater_Intro_Video.bk2
- UE4_Logo.bk2
- Wwise.bk2
If you want to keep these files, simply move them to a different folder. You can later add them back to the Movies folder if you want to suffer through the intro movies again. An alternate method would be to Verify Game Files and Steam will bring them back.
