Every new major update of Schedule 1 adds new ways to make money and then spend that money too. With the release of the Cartel updated we now have the ability to buy the Hyland Manor property in Schedule 1. This is an amazing new location and perfect for setting up large scale operations.
However, you can’t get it right away. You will have to go through a series of objectives before the buying option becomes available. You need to work with the Cartel who live in the Hyland Manor and then produce drugs for Benzies until the family storyline is complete.
You have to choose to go to war against the Cartel and not work for them if you wish to eventually get the Hyland Manor property.
How to Buy Hyland Manor Property
The Hyland Manor is located on the eastern edge of the map. This is the location where you drop off product for Benzies in the mailbox if you join them.
As I mentioned above, complete the family storyline for the Cartel, and you’ll unlock the option to buy Hyland Manor.

At the time of this writing there is also a bug going around that prevents you from buying Hyland Manor. If you’re not experiencing the bug then it’s all good. You can visit Ray Realty and purchase the property for free. However, you need to wait for a few days after the family questline is complete.
Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until an update is launched to fix the issue. And FYI, if you’re looking to buy other businesses and properties know that Ray’s Realty doesn’t accept case so you’ll have to wash your money before buying anything from Ray.
