How to Unlock Stash and Dash Storage Facility in Schedule I

To unlock the Stash and Dash Storage Facility, you need to head to the ATM and convert cash to bank balance if you don’t have enough in the bank to purchase the property.

Once you converted the cash to a bank balance, or if you already had 4K in your account, go to Ray’s Realty. Enter, chat with Ray Hoffman (E key) > “I’d like to purchase a property” > Select Storage Unit (cheapest, top of list).

Ray’s Realty is located at Southeast Northtown, next to Bleuball’s Boutique, near Post Office/Taco Ticklers. The real estate company is open from 6 AM in 6 PM.

The Stash and Dash storage facility is in Northtown under North Overpass, across from Motel, south of Dan’s Hardware, near Parking Garage. There are multiple storage facilities at this location, but look for the green door.

Green door means it is your stash while grey doors can’t be accessed. The stash gives you instant access to racks, bay, and setups like the Weed Farm and Shroom Storage.

From Ray’s Realty, you can also pick up the bungalow for 6K if the Stash and Dash storage facility feels too small.
