Once you have made it out of the underground care center in Resident Evil Requiem, escaping from the Girl, you will end up in the elevator of the central hall in the care center. A cutscene will play, and after that, you will see Severed Hand on the floor. You picked it up, not knowing what it does. Severed Hand in Resident Evil 9 Requiem
Once you have picked up the Severed Hand from the floor, you will need to analyze it using the laser microscope in the Blood Lab in the east wing. You will be able to get the Severed Hand even when holding Emily just after the cutscene. After that, make your way to the Blood Lab.
After getting to the laser microscope, analyze the Severed Hand. Now, there will be a mini-game for you to play, requiring you to activate all atoms. Select the atoms in the center of each block. After that, select the atom in the middle. You will get the answer: “Let’s Play”, basically, what the the Girl has been wanting throughout the previous cutscenes.
