Oops, IGN Accidentally Leaks a Major Resident Evil Requiem Character

Well, I don’t know how this went under the radar for a long time but back at Gamescom, an IGN panel accidentally leaked a major Resident Evil Requiem character. A character that’s been rumored for a long time now; Leon.
During an IGN Gamescom livestream / Awards segment, host Jane Douglas made a comment that seemingly referenced Leon in the context of Requiem, saying:
“Next time you’re looking at some Resident Evil Requiem footage, the hair — RE Engine goes so hard on hair, Leon’s, Grace’s — looking spectacular.”

The inclusion of Leon isn’t a secret anymore. Many insiders have already confirmed this information and at this point Capcom should just reveal the second lead, Leon.
Not a leak, don't have a full picture of Resident Evil Requiem right now to gauge this, but would it be interesting if Grace started in a horror game who grew more badass like a typical RE structure, while Leon started more in an action game that slowly descended into horror?
TGS was expected to bring news, but Leon is still hidden away by Capcom. Resident Evil Requiem is expected to make an appearance in the coming weeks with a new gameplay trailer that’ll open the game for pre-orders. Will they reveal Leon? Or the rumored Chris Redfield?
