Fix- Ensure Path of Exile 2 and its Shader Cache are on the Same Drive
To fix the stuttering issue in POE2, you will have to make sure that the game and the shader cache are installed on the same drive. What do I mean by that? The thing is, the game installs the shader files on the C: drive by default.
If Path of Exile 2 is not installed on the same drive as the shaders, then the game stutters. What you should do is uninstall the game and delete all Path of Exile 2 leftover files and folders. After that, just install the game on your C: drive, and the stuttering will be fixed.
