Randy Pitchford is not having a good week. His chronic Tweeting has led to disastrous PR for Borderlands 4, and it seems Randy is not planning on stopping anytime soon. In fact, he allegedly has a burner account on X that is used to sh*t on PC gamers.

At least, that’s what Michael from LegacyKillaHD is “fully convinced” of.

If we look at other posts from this account, it only obsessively defends Borderlands 4 and doesn’t really post about any other game. All other posts from this account are used to express political opinions which is something many people do via burner accounts.

So it this Randy? A lot of folks are convinced that it is, but nothing can be said for certain.

In the past week Randy Pitchford has argued with Minecraft creator Notch over Borderlands 4, told Steam users to get a refund if they don’t like Borderlands 4 performance, told players to code their own game engine, and described the game’s horrible performance as “pretty damn optimal” while it struggles not only on PC but is pretty much unplayable on Xbox.

Things got so rough that the studio itself had to step in and release a statement in which they promised to fix the issues on a priority bases. And as I am writing this, a Steam patch, close to 1GB, is out now to fix an array of Borderlands 4 performance issues.

Thankfully, despite Randy’s obsessive tweeting Borderlands 4 is doing great because at its it is a good game. In fact, some are calling it the best Borderlands installment in the series.
