The Dead Drop locations in Schedule 1 allow you to retrieve essential materials from suppliers after using your in-game phone to place orders throughout the city. The “X” marked lockers or stashes serve as Dead Drops which are usually hidden behind buildings or in secluded areas.
Your first experience with Dead Drops occurs when Uncle Nelson sends you to retrieve his stash before you begin your activities in the city.
The suppliers Albert Hoover (weed seeds) and Shirley Watts (meth production) and Salvador Moreno (coca seeds for cocaine) will deliver their goods to Dead Drop locations as you progress in the game.
Suppliers choose to stay hidden until you complete multiple trades before they will meet you directly to deliver bigger material quantities.
