During Act 2 in Slay The Spire 2, there’s a hidden treasure that you can only find if you run into a certain random event during the previous act and pick a specific option.
Because randomness plays such a huge role in Slay The Spire 2, you may miss this event completely in Act 1 and fail to obtain the treasure later on. With that said, here’s a guide on what to do in order to maximize your chances of obtaining the treasure in Act 2 of Slay the Spire 2.
Obtaining The Map
To obtain the map, you need to initiate the event node “The Legends Were True.” Since the event node shows up randomly, be sure to find as many event nodes as possible.
At some point, you should find an old cave with a scroll, and this is when you’ll know you’re at the right place. Engaging with the event node “The Legends Were True” will give you the choice between “Nab The Map” and “Slowly Find An Exit.” You want to choose the former for the map and proceed to finishing Act 1.
Finding The Treasure
After starting Act 2, you’ll find that the treasure location has already been marked on the map for you. Simply take any of the available paths to reach this location.
