Square Enix has announced the termination of its Android/iOS breeding battle fantasy RPG “Towatsugai” on July 23. Initially launched in February 2023, the game featured a narrative centered on girls confronting harsh fates. Despite the developers’ best efforts to enhance the gaming experience, they concluded that they could no longer provide satisfactory service.
As part of this announcement, the sale of in-game currency (gems) was halted today at noon. However, updates for in-game events will continue until the service officially ends in July, and refunds for unused gems are planned.
Square Enix revealed plans to launch a fan community website, “Towatsugai Fans,” with pre-registrations now open. The site will feature a continuation of the game’s main story, fully voiced by the original voice actors, with a scenario by Nao Shiroh and animations by Evolve.
