inZOI is a life simulator game in which you can try to replicate life. The game allows building relationships, businesses, and almost everything you can do in real life. Your Zoi needs to be fit to do these actions. To do that, you can go to your local gym. But who needs a gym when you can build your own? In this InZOI guide, I will tell you how to buy Fitness Equipment and set up your own fitness area. To build that, you will need some fitness equipment. Select the option in the bottom right corner of your screen to open the Build Mode. Go to the Fitness section: Furniture > Hobby > Fitness. Once you have found your desired item, confirm the purchase and pay the listed price. The price will be in Mew, which is the in-game currency. Why Stay Fit in InZOI If your Zoi has gotten the Fitness Master Ambition, then they need to up their fitness level, as their progress solely relies on that. Here's how to level up the fitness skill of your Zoi: For Level 1: Buy Fitness Equipment one-time Work out three times For Level 2: Read the Health Book ten times Achieve Fitness Level 6 For Level 3: Work out 20 times while Concentrated or Focused Achieve Fitness Level 10. How to Place Gym Equipment Any editable lot at home/private lots allows you to place equipment so all you have to do is look for an editable tag at the top left. You can also equip public gyms, places like Bliss Bay’s Muscle Beach or Harang River Park, without spending any Meows. These editable areas allow you to furnish community lots for free. Best Fitness Routine in InZOI Consider balancing your fitness goals with realistic needs. Divided your workout between warm, cardio and core, strength training, endurance, and agility. For warm I recommend Yoga mats (Indoor, Soluna, Balanced). Use Hula-Hoops and Air Swings for Cardio and Core workouts. You can also use a Treadmill for this, which is better because you can work on your Endurance at the same time. For strength training get yourself dumbbells, barbells, pull up bar, pull down machine, bench press, and a squat rack. Lastly, for ability, get a Punching Bag, Outdoor sports gear like Basketball Hoop or Soccer Goal. Spend time working with each type of equipment for the best chance of reaching fitness goals.
