To get the egg, you will need to locate the Shrine Of A Forgotten God, near the Horns in the south zone of the map. The egg is inside the shrine, on the mountain east of the King's Road. You can fast travel here from the East Gate near Blood Lake. Go around it, and after you pass the Druidic Altar, you will see a path right next to it.
