- Then collect all 3 vault key fragments spawn in Carcadia Burn.
- Doing the first two steps will unlock the Primordial Vault: Arch Of Radix.
After completing all the above three tasks, now head to Arch Of Radix to start the boss fight with the vault resident Primordial Guardian Radix.
Tips To Defeat The Boss Primordial Guradian Radix
- Use shock and corrosive weapons against him.
- Hit his face to get Crirtical hits.
- To get ammo refill, stand on white markers.
- Dodge his lighting bolt by changing positions and staying on the move.
Once you have defeated him in his three-phase, you will probably get shielded Teen Witch a siren class mod in BL4. I was also able to get hands on a Field Scientist that belongs to Gravitar class mod.
