The first riddle is simple, all you need to do is make sure to take down five elite enemies in the Downtown West region. The best way to handle this task is by doing Bounties to small elites, but you can also do other activities like Control Points or even go for the Bank Headquarters on Heroic.

- Riddle: “The next step is to disrupt enemy operations in Downtown West.”
The second riddle is probably the easiest one in recent weeks. Do any activity in the Downtown West region. You can choose between Control Points, Hostage Situations, Public Executions, Propaganda Broadcast, Supply Drops, Elite Patrols, and more.
You can this on any world difficulty so either go easy or go max for the best loot drops.

- Riddle: Take control over the Bank Headquarters.”
As the riddle suggests, complete the Bank Headquarters main mission in The Division 2. The bank is located in Downtown West region, and you can choose any difficulty for it. However, adding modifiers and playing on higher difficulty yields much better rewards.
